JAMS Basketball Tryouts (Dates Updated)

JAMS Basketball Tryouts are coming up! All students must be cleared to participate through FinalForms before they can attend tryouts. More info on Athletics and registering.

Tryouts and practices take place in the JAMS gyms from 4:00-5:30.

Teams will be announced before winter break and regular practices will begin in the new year when we return from break.

Boys Tryouts: December 16th and 17th (all students expected to attend both days). There will be a third tryout day on December 19th for students invited back.
Practice Days: Mondays and Thursdays

Girls Tryouts: December 10th and 12th (all students expected to attend both days).
Practice Days: Tuesdays and Fridays
Girls Basketball Open Gym: December 5th, 4:00-5:30
Interested in JAMS girls basketball this winter?! Even if you haven’t decided yet, come shoot hoops, meet the coaches, and learn about the program on Thursday, December 5^th afterschool! The gym will be open from 4:00-5:30, but you can leave early if you’d like. This will be a casual open gym shoot-around, NOT a tryout, but you do need to be cleared on final forms beforehand. Swing by Ms. Overstreet’s room (room 105) if you have any questions!
