JAMS Club Schedule

The following is a list of clubs meeting during the 2022-23 school year. All meetings are held in the Club Advisor’s classroom from 4-5:30pm. If you qualify for a district school bus, an activity bus assignment can be requested when you register via FinalForms. Clubs and their meeting days/locations are subject to change.
Mondays:
Jazz Club- To give students a space to learn about Jazz music, culture, and how to improvise.

D&D Club– Play D&D together. D&D is a cooperative story telling game that will foster community among the members as we work to hone our collective problem solving and storytelling skills.

Science Fair Club– Creating a supportive and encouraging environment for working on projects designed to compete in the state science fair.

After School Leadership Club (ASB)– Support leadership in creating community and morale in the school.

Theater at Jane Addams (TAJA)- Plan and execute theatrical productions and related activities of TAJA After School program, including hiring relevant directors, choreographers etc. Also, to plan and conduct fundraising activities in support of the TAJA Club program.

Tuesdays:
Chess Club– To have fun playing chess, and to help people learn chess. No experience needed!

Games Club– A place to play games of all kinds! We meet every Tuesday after school to organize playing video games, card games and board games. No experience needed!

Tutoring– JAMS students can get extra help with school work from Nathan Hale students.

Arab and Muslim Representation Club (starting 1/5/23)–A place to feel represented and do fun activates and learn about Arab and Muslim culture.
