    DEBATE CLUB

Do you like thinking on your feet and persuading others? Debate club is now available at JAMS. It will meet each Tuesday from 4pm to 5:15pm in Room 104, beginning on January 29th. Join Debate Club and take your skills to the next level. Learn how to build an impenetrable argument, how to listen for weak spots in reasoning and how to critically analyze information, all while gaining confidence and having fun. Debate club will meet once a week and include games, skill building and of course, debate. The debate format is inspired by the International Debate Education Association. You will learn how to debate both sides of any topic and tolerance of different viewpoints. Debaters become great communicators and are often seen as leaders. Email alisa@friedmanrubin.com for more information or to sign up or come to Ms. Wenderoth’s room #104 on January 29th at 4pm.
