Basketball Paperwork Due

All paperwork is due 12/2 to participate in Basketball.
Forms available on the SPS Athletics website. Hard copies of athletic packet can be picked up from the main office.
Make sure you have a copy of a doctor-signed sports physical if your student plans on participating in sports at JAMS. Nathan Hale has a Teen Health Clinic that can provide physicals, contact them at 206-302-1840 to register.
